How will the products be delivered to me?


Delivery shall be made within Singapore only, to avoid disappointment, please place your order earlier as delays should be anticipated during Public Holidays, and the following delivery fees shall apply:

  • Free local delivery for order with purchase(s) with a minimum spend of S$30

  • S$4.50 per order for purchase of any item


Your items will be sent out to you within 3 business days after order has been received.

Our delivery fees are charged per order basis, there is no limit of items per order.

All delivery and courier services provided will be registered. If you fail to receive your items after 7 business days, please contact us at for further assistance.

The items delivered are damage, what should I do?


Items purchased are eligible for exchange within 7 days upon the receipt of your purchase. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item which is not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected.

Your exchange eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I make the exchange?

Once the exchange has been confirmed, please mail the product to the following address. Please be advised that mailing of products to us will be at your own cost:

Once we have received your parcel, we will deliver the replacement item to you for the exchange.

What is your policy for the collection of personal data?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.


Consent to collection of Personal Data
When you provide us with personal information, you consent to us collecting these information to enable us to fulfil your order and to complete a transaction.

Disclosure of Personal Data
We will be sharing your personal information with service providers engaged (e.g. delivery services) to fulfil your order. Other than these service providers, we will only share your information if we are legally required to do so.

We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to our policy, we will noti
